How much quota each kind of work uses
One full Team Manager cycle equals four replies. Heavier work uses more quota, because it really does cost us more to run.
Why an AI OS costs far less than the traditional way
Stop paying for a dozen separate software subscriptions that do not talk to each other, or for the high cost of hiring an admin team. Here is the business math.
| Monthly cost item | Traditional way (manual and separate) | AI Business OS (top plan) |
|---|---|---|
| Business software licences | Several separate subscriptions, each billed on its own | Included in one subscription |
| Data and context | Spread across apps that do not talk to each other | One source of data every module and AI agent uses |
| Time and working hours | Limited to the team's working hours, follow-ups often missed | Agents run on schedule outside working hours, with human approval for anything important |
| Software subscription cost | Several bills a month | US$1,950 for the whole team, top plan |
Polynusa replaces a pile of disconnected subscriptions, not your team. What goes is the repetitive work, not the people.
- What is one AI action?
- One real operational step by an AI agent, such as replying to a message that syncs to the CRM, scoring a lead, or drafting an article. Autopilot includes 20,000 weighted actions a month.
- Why can one step use more than one action?
- Because the cost depends on the AI model used. A light, fast model uses the fewest; a smarter model uses more, because it costs far more to run. The table above shows the weights. You can set a default model so routine work stays cheap and only move to a heavier model when it is really needed.
- What happens if the monthly allowance runs out mid-month?
- Your business keeps running. Usage caps at 2x the plan's allowance, then agents switch to drafts for a person to send. Top-ups are bought in the app, in rupiah at Rp 150 per action, and a topped-up balance never expires.
- Can I use my own AI API key?
- Yes. Either use your own provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) so the provider bills you directly for real usage, or run on ours and use the plan's actions. Both are fine, and AI costs are never hidden inside the subscription.
