These terms apply between you and the service provider named below when you create a Polynusa workspace and use it. By signing up you accept them. This is a translation of the Indonesian terms at /terms, which govern if the two differ.
01The service provided
Polynusa is subscription software for running business operations: leads and conversations, bookkeeping and invoicing, and HR including attendance, leave, overtime and payroll. What you get is set by the plan you choose.
We may add or improve features. If we discontinue a feature you use, we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
02Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential and for every action taken through it.
You are responsible for the data you enter, including having a lawful basis to keep and contact the people whose data you keep. We process it on your instructions.
You may not use this service to send messages that are unlawful, deceptive, or that break the rules of the messaging channels you connect.
03Trial and subscription
Every new workspace gets a free 3 day trial. You can set up a payment method from Billing. Adding a payment method does not start a subscription by itself: you choose a plan and confirm the payment to activate it.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Payment is accepted through QRIS, virtual accounts and e-wallets.
If we change prices, the change applies from the next billing period and we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
04Using AI agents
Plans are named for how far the machine may act. On Ledger there is no AI at all. On Copilot the AI drafts and proposes, and a person approves and sends. On Autopilot the AI runs workflows within limits you set and can lower at any time.
On every plan, actions involving money, identity and outbound sending still ask for a person's approval. AI output is a proposal; you are responsible for what is finally sent or booked.
Accounting and payroll figures are computed with exact arithmetic, not by a language model.
05Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from inside the workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the service keeps running until that date and there is no further charge.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. After that, the running period is not refunded pro rata, unless the service could not be used because of our fault.
After cancellation, your data can still be exported for 90 days.
06Availability
We work to keep the service available and do planned maintenance outside working hours where possible. We do not promise uninterrupted service unless there is a separate written service level agreement.
07Ownership
The data you enter remains yours. The software, its interface and its documentation remain ours.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by your own actions or by third parties you connect to the workspace.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes not settled by deliberation are resolved in the competent court in Jakarta.
